If we told you we are great, why should you believe us?
But if someone else – lots of people – told you we were great, would you believe them?
In today’s world of self-publication and social media we think that what people say about your business is just as important as what you tell them through ‘traditional’ methods.
We use our creative and strategic skills to incite conversations about your brand, products and services.
This improves brand engagement by customers and employees; and profitability. Maybe you’ll work with us and tell others how great we are.
The rest of our site will tell you more, but please get in touch if you need more information.

- Orange
- Kia
- LloydsTSB
- RBS
- V&A
- Toni and Guy
We are skilled in the arts of:
- Advertising, marketing and communications strategy and delivery
- Interactive design and development
- Publishing design and development
- Employee and customer engagement programmes and…
- Inciting conversations that change behaviour
And we think we can help you.
Paul Shepherd
A veteran of corporate and customer communications, Paul specialises in stakeholder engagement. He’s a creative by nature and has been a freelance designer and copy writer since leaving the big hitting world of financial services where he held a number of communications management roles.
In between trips to see our American clients and going to music festivals (wishing he was playing, not watching), Paul oversees our creative output and new business development.
Robin Matthews
Uses the word engagement a lot and gets through a lot of flip chart paper. Despite this he still seems to deliver real things that are useful. Robin’s been the COO at a top UK digital agency, strategy executive at a leading building society and a management consultant at a top 5 global consultancy.
This background helps him bridge the gap between the optimal and the real. He’s passionate about simple things that impact employee and customer engagement and has substantial experience in leading people, process and technology change.
Craig Peden
Keeps our feet on the ground whilst letting us feel like we’re at 20,000 feet. He’s got years of experience running CRM, digital strategy, technology programmes, gained from some big global management consultancy firms.
Unlike many management consultants though, Craig delivers his plans and not just the presentation (although he likes these too). Craig can “colour in” Gantt charts AND deliver projects to time, budget and specification.
Oh yes, he was also a helicopter navigator in the Royal Navy, so is really useful when we go to pitches.
